We're just about packed and ready to go!

This week has been very hectic and emotional for both of us. Although we want to move, it was sad saying goodbye to all our colleagues - especially for Pat, as he has worked with them for over 5 years.

Although I have only been in my job for a year, they were still really sad to see me go. I must admit that I’ve never really gelled with my colleagues and therefore had to pretend to be very upset about saying goodbye, while they were crying!! They were very kind, though, and I got lots of presents and cards, including 6 gorgeous and very expensive-looking wine glasses!

Today we have spent the day packing up and have also taken 2 car-loads to the dump and we are pretty much ready to go! I can’t wait!!

I’m not sure when my next entry will be because I can’t imagine the computer will work when we’ve moved, but I will let you know how I’m getting on as soon as I can!
